However, since we work directly with Syrian artisans who often choose the material they work with, we leave some room for flexibility. Our items that have natural materials are 100% sourced ethically.

Yes. While we aspire in the future to focus on natural fabrics such as silk and original Damask, for the time being we are establishing ourselves in the market and hence some of our products still include elements of polyester. That said, all of our fabrics are handpicked for the best quality in the market and with attention to detail, keeping longevity and sustainability in mind.

Standard orders are dispatched within two business days and arrive in 3–5 working days within the United Kingdom, or 8–14 days to the rest of Europe. Each parcel is gift-wrapped by hand and with care.

All of our items have an identical height of 150cm. The sizes we offer (S, M, L) are a variation in the width around the chest area. These sizes are benchmarked against general sizing guidelines and should in principle be a perfect fit. Each item will have a label on it with specific care instructions.
For clothes we almost always advise against using a tumble dryer. For our wooden accessories we recommned using a damp handcloth without excessive water amounts to wipe and clean regularly.
